The company must continue to pay its mortgage, insurance, taxes, utilities, and maintenance on the building where you reside! Your rent payments are crucial to continuing to operate the building!
Tenants that cannot pay their full monthly rent, must be in contact and take one of the following steps.
A) Before your payment is past due, provide us with copies of the following;
- an employer notice of lay-off,
- a filed unemployment verification,
- filed state or federal assistance,
- and inform us of the expected date of the next rent payment.
We will then be in contact to discuss an alternate date for the current month’s rent payment.
B) Remember that a tenant can add co-signers to their lease agreement, which will help extend the payment process, and help avoid any legal filings.
C) Tenants that stop paying rent, and do not provide the information listed above, will be processed according to their lease agreement.

1) Credit Card Payment by Directly Contacting Us
Text or call our secure business line at (724) 640-3470 with your credit card information. We accept all major credit cards, there will be an additional 4.7% processing fee.
2) Paypal
To use PayPal to make a payment towards your rental, please go to this page
When paying directly through your personal PayPal account, make sure to select Sending to a friend.
3) Convenient Rent Payment Drop Boxes
The locked drop boxes are located at:
601 Green Street, Greensburg, PA 15601 (Lower Foster Street side of the building at the blue door)

Once your payment is placed in a dropbox, you must alert KMP FLP, Inc. as to the specific location, date, and time your payment was made by calling (724) 640-3470 to record your information do not forget to state your name and address in the voice mail message. To have your payment recorded as timely, you must follow the steps listed above in full.
4) Standard USPS Mail
